Extended Resting Period after birth, Warmth after birth and nourishing postpartum foods.

Addressing the fourth and fifth Postpartum Care Essentials: Postpartum Bodywork and Community
Journaling Exercise & Sharing Circle (optional participation)
POSTPARTUM PLANNING:
Each individual/family will begin to develop their unique postpartum care plan based upon what has been discussed during the previous three classes.
