A series of hands on workshops intended to tap into to the creative center within yourself. Research suggests hormonal changes during and leading up to ovulation can spur creativity.
Some activities include: crochet, embroidery, candle making, essential oil blending, tea blending, vision-boarding.
Michelle is a birth doula, postpartum care provider and an advocate for women's health and wellness. Her passion lies in facilitating women through their different cycles, bringing awareness to the natural rhythms of the body. Michelle hosts intimate events catering to women in a welcoming, comfortable environment allowing for them to feel at home within the space and in their bodies. Her mission is to take part in fostering deeper more meaningful relationships among women and within themselves by creating a platform to cultivate unconditional support and community. She believes that through healing our internal worlds we can change the world around us one woman at a time to create a healthier, more conscious human experience.
